Thanks Chef! Although I’m usually quite a connoisseur of Guiness-at-room-temperature and whiskey-with-no-ice, I had to settle with some local pilsener about which I’m sure you would have appreciated some as well! But my team, which flags quite some green in it’s colors, yesterday won 2:1 – so it’s been a perfect St. Paddy’s for me!
